How to eat to lose weight? If I had a quarter for every time I heard that. With so many fad diets out there it really is hard to know.  All you ever hear about is South Beach Diet this, Gluten free diet that, but although these diets may work for some, they are not typically going to work for all. Sure, they might make you lose weight quick, but then what happens? Your body loses the shock value and slowly stops to react leaving you puzzled and frustrated. Finally, you feel defeated and decide to just go back to the norm of eating anything you please.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone!

Did you know that nearly all dieters (95%) regain the weight they lost within one to five years? I bet that just gave you hope ; ) Well, here is the deal, how about let’s not focus on a specific “diet” that causes us to fail and instead learn how to eat and lose weight in ways that are manageable, don’t require a miracle pill, and will actually be something you can stick with. I don’t know about you, but even though I know that cheeseburger or pizza is not good for me, I am not going to kid myself into believing I will never eat one again. How about I just eat them a little differently where I don’t feel I am missing out?

I bet if you just alter the way you cook things, change the ingredients you buy and then add in a “little” extra exercise in your routine you will see steady results. Sure you might get better results from other expensive and farfetched fad diets, but you will find yourself quickly derailed, lose your money and waste your time and efforts. I want to teach you how to eat to lose weight the easy way, not how to starve yourself, drug yourself, work yourself to death or go in a deep depression from failure.

Just know, this is not a “I got to learn how to eat and lose weight in 10 days” kind of thing. Sorry, but that is not natural and should not be done, so I am not going to promote that. Instead this is for those that want a true answer to their weight loss goals that will be lifelong and easy on their bodies. Good things come to those who wait and that goes true for losing weight as well. If the results seem too good to be true, they probably are.

I have not written on my blog in a bit and that is because I decided to take some time off and do some thinking. I wanted to really zone in on what is going on in our society and figure out how I can really help people without draining their confidence, their wallets and their lifestyle.

    Unfortunatly there are lots of people thinking that losing weight is easy. But weight loss process is strictly personal and everyone have to find their own best slimming methods.
