
Fitness Program
So far, I have written a lot of articles on how to eat and lose weight and have not really covered anything about fitness. Here I am outlining a great fitness program to assist you when you eat and lose weight.
First of all you don’t have to run like a crazy person to be fit and lose the weight needed. What you first need to do is just get in the right mind set to start moving more throughout your day. You must also find out what it is that YOU enjoy and can keep up with. You do not want to quit your workout due to boredom and you are not expected run like a triathlete when you have not worked out in years.
Dr. Wayne Pickering of the Mango Man Diet said, “Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go, they merely determine your starting place. The purpose of goals is to focus your attention on your future. Magical things will begin when you set them. Your power to accomplish becomes a reality when you have a goal.”
Your mind reaches toward achievement when it has clear objectives. Goals give you a starting place and a destination. Just focus the full power of all you are on what you have a burning desire to attain, and you will achieve success. Act on your dreams and they are yours.
Your fitness routine should always involve both Cardiovascular Conditioning and Muscular Development.
There are 3 motions of the muscular system:
1) Push
2) Pull
3) Stretch

Now let it be known that you only need to do one Hard Workout on any one event per week. Your greatest success of your fitness program relies heavily on two areas…NEVER OVER TRAIN and GET LOTS OF REST.
